DYB LEADERSHIP TEAM
The Leadership Team of the DYB (Diocesan Youth Board) serves as “coaches” who help...
-support and encourage faith growth
-nurture Christian leadership
-accomplish pre-determined objectives
-build community
...in teens selected from across the diocese. They help “push” these leadership teens when they get stuck, and “get out of the way” when they are moving forward in positive ways. The mentors are welcoming, encouraging persons who work at modeling and developing Christian leadership among teens.
