HIRING & PLACEMENT

Parishes seeking to hire a full or part time Coordinator of Youth Ministry should collaborate with the Youth and Young Adult Ministry staff in the Office of Evangelization & Catechesis. The staff can assist the parish in assessing the needs of the parish, forming a hiring committee, writing a job description, placing ads for a youth minister, and developing interview questions. Once a coordinator is hired, the staff can assist in the orientation of the new coordinator of youth ministry.
